4 Phases Of Community Creation
It is not easy to fund a Holistic Community.
Its very title, by definition, is the opposite of what is currently supported by the mainstream banks, lenders, governments of all sizes, etc. Men and women who build their own homes, grow their own food, create their own energy, birth, raise, and educate their own suns and daughters, is not something anyone in any position of power is interested in supporting. While this disinterest has no effect on the physical Community itself, what it does have some effect on is accessing and using currency to purchase the goods needed for the creation of the Community.
The Community Business Plan has a total budget of $18,000,000 CAD. That figure allows for the purchase of everything needed for the growth and creation of a community that supports up to 500 men, women, and children. While $18mil is a very small number considering the amount of people it can support and the amount of resources it supplies, the majority of individuals, including ourselves, do not have access to amounts of currency like this to start a community.
For this reason we have broken down the business plan, and the costs into 4 phases.
Once you/we are able to fund Phase 1, the other phases are funded by the Community itself.
Community Creation - Phase 1
Phase 1 will include the most fundamental aspects for creating the community.

Phase 1 items have been chosen as the most necessary tools, equipment, and infrastructure for starting the community. The Land is an obvious choice, as is the Temp Housing. Beyond that we have the main tools and equipment to start earthworks projects, including roads, homes, and the farm/barn/garden area. We also have the tools to plant, harvest, and store food and crops, produce fuel, produce power, harvest wood for building, heating, and mulch, and much more.
As this community is a sovereign space, conventional loans and funding are not an option.
We are looking for private individuals, or groups, to fund Phase 1 of the Community.
Beyond that, the Homefire Site sales, and multiple community projects will provide all the income necessary to fund and sustain the community.
Community Creation - Phase 2
Phase 2 focuses on the hub of the community which is the creation of the
Community Centre/Dining Hall/Bakery. To support the Community Centres construction, as well as all other construction in the community, this phase also focuses on the equipment needed to create and/or screen top soil, sand, all sizes of aggregates, and mulch for other community projects as well as the communities housing. The equipment to dig, push, grade, and compact the above mentioned for the roads, paths, gardens, community projects and home building pads becomes possible as well. Diesel fuel is now being created at our Waste and Reuse Centre, which also takes care of all the communities waste, repurposing everything possible & turning plastic to fuel, and organics to compost.

Community Creation - Phase 3
Phase 3 focuses on acquiring the remainder of the tools and equipment for the community. With this phase all tools and equipment are now purchased and construction and/or creation of anything the community or its members require can now be created in the community. This phase also includes the construction of the Auto/Equipment Garage/Shop for the repair and service of all tools, equipment, and vehicles in the community. We are also able to create the Metal & Wood Shops, allowing us to produce almost any metal or wood product or item we may need.

Completing The Community
This is the 4th and final phase of the Community as described in the business plan. With this all aspects from the business plan are complete and the community and all its future needs will be decided by those living in the community. You now have a completely sustainable community capable of producing 90% of everything it and its members need in house, on site, and on demand.
